Our client had acquired an old apartment — full of potential but in need of a complete revival — with the goal of creating something truly appealing for the market. With a focused timeline and a smart, value-conscious approach, we set out to turn this forgotten space into a fresh, luminous urban retreat.

Walls came down to open the layout — blending living, dining, and kitchen areas into one continuous flow of light and air.
